Your deliveries

Your order deliveries are handled by the company Sapress.

1. Delivery:

Parcels are delivered according to the transport plan communicated to the client. Sapress disclaims all liability for delivery delays in cases of force majeure (strikes, floods, accidents, refusal by the recipient or absent recipient, or any public or private entity vested with legal or regulatory power capable of delaying or preventing transport); Requests for proof of delivery must be made within three (3) months following the date of shipment. Beyond this period, no request will be accepted by Sapress. The declaration stamped and signed by the recipient is the only proof of delivery that will be provided following a request or claim by the Sender. This service will be billed at twenty (20) dirhams excluding tax per declaration.

2. Liability:

2.1 Delay:

Sapress undertakes to make every effort to perform the service within the agreed time frame. In the event of a delivery delay caused by the company, subject to the application of current legal or regulatory provisions, Sapress's liability is limited to the cost of transport.

2.2 Losses:

Sapress's liability is strictly limited to direct losses and damages only, and is capped at the actual value of the goods, up to the value declared on the shipping declaration by the Sender. In the absence of a value declared by the Sender, a minimum value of one hundred (100) dirhams including all taxes will be used as the reimbursement value, except in cases of force majeure as defined by law. Fragile products such as glassware, porcelain, etc., are not covered by transport insurance. Any high-value merchandise that may present a risk during transport must be subject to a prior declaration to Sapress services and to special insurance that the Sender will be required to pay for before the shipment of said merchandise. Reimbursement in the event of direct damage will be capped at a maximum of fifty thousand (50,000.00) dirhams, depending on the value of the merchandise and the damage sustained. Sapress cannot be held liable for any intangible or indirect damage, regardless of the cause.
